Checks, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks: Payment must be received within 5 days of purchase date. Checks will be held until cleared, typically 5 business days. Once check is cleared, we will promptly ship out order. Please email email@example.com for address to mail your check.

We are happy to accept a return of new unused/unwashed products* within 30 days of receipt of items for a store credit minus shipping charges.The customer is responsible for sending the items back to us at their own expense. The customer may choose their own method of shipping. All sales of clearance items are final. Returns on orders received with free shipping are subject to initial shipping charges. If store credit is chosen as method of refund then we will waive this charge. Diaper Packages must be returned complete. If not returned complete, you will be charged full retail price for those items kept.Any free gift or promotion that may have been received with your order must be returned in new/unused condition. If the free gift or promotion is not returned or has been used, your refund will be reduced by the retail value; unless the customer requests store credit. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt and all original product packaging in tact (if applicable). Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning any portion of your order. Packages that do not include a return authorization number will be refused and returned to you. Returns must be received within 10 days of RMA issue date.Please allow up to 10 days for processing.
In the event we are out of stock of the item that you ordered, we will contact you immediately to indicate a delay. We will hold your order for 7 business days to ensure a complete shipment. If in that time frame we do not receive your back ordered inventory, we will contact you with regards on how you want to ship.
We will be happy to order you a “special item” for you if we do not carry a particular size or color that you are interested in. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org with product information: size, color, details! Special orders can take one to two weeks for receipt and delivery. Special orders cannot be returned unless prior approval for return.
Please contact us regarding defective merchandise immediately so we work with you to fix the problem. If you have purchased diapers with snaps, please inspect the snaps carefully as you would for any baby garment for safety. Most manufacturers offer warranties on their items! If you are returning a defective product, please be considerate of the condition of the item. Your item must be clean, dry, stain-free and stink-free before you ship it. Please contact us, if you have any questions.
Note: Due to the nature of cloth diapers, please expect normal wear and tear as you would with any other clothing item. We are not responsible for damage to an item caused by improper care, abuse, misuse, normal fading or wear and tear. Cloth diapers may not withstand washing every single day for extended periods of times. If you have any questions on how many diapers to purchase or how to care for your diaper, please ask. Reduce: We always conserve and reduce our energy consumption in our office space. We try not to print, but when we do it is only when necessary!
Reuse: We make every effort to reuse incoming shipping supplies and packaging. Although they are pre-loved, they still work great to ship outgoing mail!
Recycle: We recycle everything that we cannot use! From bags and shipping material to printer cartridges.
