Our Diaper Service Quality Chinese prefold cloth diapers are real Diaper Service Quality cloth diapers, yet thicker and more absorbent. The 100% cotton twill makes this an extremely soft and durable cloth diaper that can withstand industrial washings. The layered construction make these diapers very absorbent.
A 2x6x2 preemie prefold and a newborn size diaper cover work well to allow the air to circulate around the baby's umbilical cord to promote faster healing. These diapers can be used later as diaper doublers without the bulk.
With modern diaper covers, you don't even need to use a cloth diaper fastener. Simply fold your Chinese prefold cloth diapers into thirds, placing them inside a diaper cover. Close the snug fitting Velcro-type closure, making sure that all of the cloth diaper is inside of the cover. It's that easy!
For a cloth diaper fastener-free system we highly recommend using Bummis SWW, Litewraps, Proraps and Wool Wrap.

Care and Content:
Priming prefold diapers prior to first use.
Cotton and hemp fabric will need to be washed/primed to remove natural oils to reach maximum absorbency prior to use. The amount of prep washing required will depend on the type of detergent used and the hardness of your water.
The fabric is ready (primed) when you pour small amounts of water in several spots and it absorbs instantly upon contact. If the water beads up the fabric is not completely primed and will need to be washed a few more times. Repeat these steps until the fabric absorbs the water on contact. Do not wash new diapers with diapers already primed or with pocket diapers.
Avoid fabric softeners and dryer sheets as they leave a coating on the fabric, causing diapers to leak. If they are used in your machines for other laundry, they will coat the inside of your machines and transfer the coating to the diapers.
Laundering prefold diapers
Everyday laundering: Rinse solid off into toilet. wash and dry warm using ¼ of the recommend amount of detergent.
